From the moment we walked in, until she was wheeled out everyone was great. All staff members were so friendly and you can definitely tell they all had experience working with children. The nurse working with the anesthesiologist Dr. Wagner was exceptionally awesome! She was so fun and kind to my daughter that she wasn’t nervous at all and said she laughed all the way to the OR. My entire experience was easy and fantastic. Did a Left Hip Replacement and the procedure flawless. I was treated like a king by all 3 of my nursing shifts. Discharged by 1230pm the next day. My room was clean and the meals were good. I have never had a problem at Anderson in my 8 Years of living in this area. Thank you nurse's and techs for a pleasant stay.
Had a very efficient visit for standard procedure that happens every 5 years. We had detailed instructions that we followed. Good directions for arrival and entrance made that part easy. We were taken right in and made comfortable. Right on time they took me in for prep.... Julie &Jen were pleasant and efficient. Every part of my procedure went extremely well. From checkin through release I was very pleased. Checkin was fast and easy. The nurses and doctor involved in my procedure were thorough and explained every step. The doctor discussed the procedure with me prior to it being performed and then discussed the results in detail when complete. The nurse while I recovered was very attentive and did an excellent job of explaining my limitations before I was released. She provided my written instructions also. Everyone involved in this particular procedure were very friendly and put me at ease, the nurses, the anesthesiologist introduced himself before as did the doctor. The nurses assisting were also wonderful. Couldn’t have gone better.
