The best urgent care experience. All staff members showed care and worked quickly but effectively to get the right tests and care. They were transparent about likely causes of my son’s illness and made us feel seen and cared for. I walked out confident that my son received quality care.
This facility is one of the best urgent care’s around. They’re quick, clean, and super kind. Another bonus is that they sent my antibiotic over to my pharmacy while I was still there. I didn’t have to wait more than 45 minutes to an hour for my pharmacy to let me know my prescription was ready, and I was only there at my visit for maybe 30 minutes. As someone who also works in healthcare- I appreciate you!
Service was fine, but the billing is very deceptive. Anderson coded a simple sore throat check as essentially an emergency room visit. Instead of getting a bill for an urgent care visit (my copay is $50) I got a bill for $250 (ER copay). They are deceptive. They call themselves an urgent care facility, then bill as an ER. I am still trying to fight this 3 months later. It’s criminal that this is allowed to happen.
Best experience ever today!! Walked in shortly after 8 AM and within 10 minutes I was being looked at by the NP. She promptly took care of my issue and I was out the door by 9AM. Excellent care and service.
I was in and out way faster than expected. The entire staff listened and provided feed back to help me feel comfortable. The doctor took the time to explained what she saw and why she came to the conclusion of her diagnosis. It was just what I needed to relieve my anxiety and pain. Thank you for helping me out. Jake
