The staff was very professional. My experience at registration was easy and quick. The nurse practitioner was friendly and accommodating. I'm pleased to know that this facility is 6 minutes from my home and I recommend others to go here if needed.
From the moment I entered the facility until I left, the care was great! We were registered in a very timely manner and tended to by the assistant immediately. Having radiology capability on the weekend is helpful to prevent from having to go to the ER. Pam-RN and Amanda Patterson NP were informative and very professional. I would return there in the future if needed and recommend to anyone needing urgent care.
We took our daughter in at 7pm for a sprained foot. Every single nurse was incredible. They got us in right away due to her pain and immediately got started on her and got her into an x-ray in no time. They were so nice and extremely helpful. They not only listened to us, but also her as well. We’ve never had a bad experience here. We are so thankful for the team there.
The service provided is mostly fine, but Anderson's billing practices are extremely disorganized and you will pay WAY more for services here than anywhere else. We are just now receiving bills from over 6 months ago because they neglected to update our address (despite being corrected and scanning in my correct drivers' license). Part of the charges are also being denied because of incorrect diagnosis codes. We will never go back.
Doctor Jeremy Hollingsead please pay closer attention to your patients. I brought my one year old in to Express Care and was told they could not find cause of his fever of 102.1. While there they didn’t take his temperature and the doctor had checked his throat and ears, i was told that both his ears and throat looked good. I took son to the ER that same day because something was wrong and he was way off balance. He has an infection and needed antibiotics.
