I wish I could use the providers we saw today as our primary care doctors. They were all so fantastic from the intake specialist to the triage nurses and the doctors/practitioners. We were blown away by the kindness and care we were shown. They didn't stop at just treating my child they provided me with a list of providers they trust and from 1 interaction with them I wholeheartedly trust their opinion. Best urgent care hands down! From the moment I entered the facility until I left, the care was great! We were registered in a very timely manner and tended to by the assistant immediately. Having radiology capability on the weekend is helpful to prevent from having to go to the ER. Pam-RN and Amanda Patterson NP were informative and very professional. I would return there in the future if needed and recommend to anyone needing urgent care.
We took our daughter in at 7pm for a sprained foot. Every single nurse was incredible. They got us in right away due to her pain and immediately got started on her and got her into an x-ray in no time. They were so nice and extremely helpful. They not only listened to us, but also her as well. We’ve never had a bad experience here. We are so thankful for the team there.
The staff was very professional. My experience at registration was easy and quick. The nurse practitioner was friendly and accommodating. I'm pleased to know that this facility is 6 minutes from my home and I recommend others to go here if needed.
Everyone was extremely pleasant and communicative. This was my best experience with a hospital. When I left I was sure I knew all I needed to know about my condition.
