We took our daughter in at 7pm for a sprained foot. Every single nurse was incredible. They got us in right away due to her pain and immediately got started on her and got her into an x-ray in no time. They were so nice and extremely helpful. They not only listened to us, but also her as well. We’ve never had a bad experience here. We are so thankful for the team there.
It was very clean. Not busy when I was there to check if fractured back from a fall. I was there awhile but was happy to find out the result of my X-rays! Staff is very friendly!
The Express Care was really, really nice along with the people there. Got in right away and looked at. Said I needed to go to the emergency at the hospital for further test that they couldn't do unless I was referred by a doctor to do them there. I went to the express care so I didn't have to wait 5 hours at the hospital, bur had to anyway. Need doctors there to run the tests needed.
Total time at clinic was over 5 hours. The staff were lovely but absolutely no one was in a hurry to get people seen. Had a broken ankle and the NP didn’t even look at my ankle. She Accepted the Radiologist report- didn’t even check to see if PERHAPS after a fall severe enough to break my ankle and given my advanced age, there might have been other injuries. It took 45 minutes to complete my paperwork…after 25 years working in healthcare I am quite familiar with visit summaries and it should have taken less than 10. Cli... read more
Facility is clean. Check in easy. Wasn't busy so I can't comment, how they are then. I was treated well, pleasant experience for these types of location. Anderson system as a whole my family doesn't trust. They have lost test records at Maryville at least twice over our years going back over 40. Years ago 1979, I was in ER, from a wreck, had knee damage and was left in the hallway. Records list were Sons & wife's blood work. We here they're called a " band aid" station.
