My doctor's office sent me there. It was nearby and supposedly cheaper, but as a nurse, I was less than impress with them. First thing they wanted was your ID and insurance card. So yes. They just want your money. Their clean and fancy office won't hide the fact that they don't give a damn. Their courteous staff is as fake as they come. I just needed an xray, which they don't take appointments, but it still take longer than you think. I almost rather go to the local hospital. I had an appointment and waited an hour and a half until they called me in. Walk-ins were told a 45 minute wait and it wasn't even that. Also, a co-worker had told me their doctor said the images were not very good...my doctor told me the same.
I had to laugh at the card because it says "prompt scheduling" and "courteous staff" so I wasn't sure if I had the wrong card or the wrong office they were NEITHER! I waited almost 20 mins just to schedule something! I left because they were rude, inattentive and NOT courtesous by any means.
