Everyone was very polite, helpful and professional. I had a great experience. The ultrasound tech was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and let me know when to expect results. I was in and out before my appointment time. That was phenomenal! I would highly recommend anyone to go to their office. I will definitely ask if I could go there every time I need any testing.
The young lady that helped me was very good. It is never your favorite day to come in, but she made me feel more comfortable. I like to joke around because I am very self conscious. She joked with me,so I felt much better. I really appreciate that!
I had an upper GI done. While I do not recall her name, the tech with long brown hair, around 25 yrs old was the reason I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She was detailed and reassuring. I appreciate that as I had never had this procedure before. I just wanted to say Thank you.
First off, I wish I could rate different aspects of my visit separately. The staff at Maryville Imaging deserves a solid 5-star rating. Amanda, the ultrasound tech I saw deserves 10--or maybe even 100--stars. She was so incredibly kind and empathetic, and she walked me through everything she was doing, which put me at ease. I use your facilites because thry are always very clean and the people are very nice but do a great job. The technician is very nice and tries to make you as comfortable as she can. She listens and carries on a conversation. I am really glad you are located here.
