Two of my family members are there today. Both males in there late 60's both with multiple stroke like symptoms. One has been in the ER waiting room for 5 hours and the other one for 4 hours. It's beyond ridiculous to keep people waiting with those symptoms for hours and hours. I can understand you being busy. At what point do you decide to transfer patients with these symptoms to a facility...
The registration lady made me switch seats with the kiddo, even though that put him in a tighter space AND next to the wall on the side of his injury (broken collar bone) where it was MUCH more likely to get bumped on the wall,etc. and when I pointed this out, she said it was "more convenient" for her bc she wouldn't have to reach over her computer monitor to hand me paperwork to sign. Sigh...
Do not come here! I will be reporting the staff to the powers that be!
They didn't even check his vitals! Just had us sit down in the waiting room! Worst e.r ever!
If you are having chest pains with a racing heart do not come here!!!!!! They will make you wait in the waiting room with out giving to shits about weather or not you die in the waitibg room or not!

Hate this hospital,very rude nurses, slow Dr's, takes us 4 days to see Dr.
DO NOT GO TO ANDERSON! BEWARE Do not visit this urgent care facility!!!! I was billed an outrageous amount for the visit and then i was billed separately by the actual doctor which also tried to get me to go to his office for an additional visit. I have a pretty good insurance plan and it still cost me over $400 out of pocket. This didn't even include what the insurance company paid!
